I took delivery of my fifth BMW last night from Rallye BMW. I wanted to let you know that the reason I return to Rallye BMW is because of Rich DeAngelo. My first purchase was in 2003 and I happened to luck out and be able to work with Rich. I never had to worry about any step in the process of purchasing my car as Rich was there to help me through the process. There is never a feeling of being pressured, or rushed into decision. Rich makes himself available at all times from my calls early in the morning, or late at night on my train ride home from the city. My wife and I have never worked with a salesman in any profession like Rich where we can trust that he has our best interests in mind and actually delivers on his promises. Negotiation is something I don't need to worry about with Rich because he makes people feel confident in the quotes he provides and I don't feel the need to comparison shop.Rich truly understands the concept of a client and a customer and always goes out of his way to help out. I remember that after I purchased my first BMW form Rich and I had an issue with the car where it required service in a hurry and Rich ensured I had a loaner car waiting and made sure to follow-up with me every step of the way.I am going to purchase another car in June and I look forward to working with Rich again and hopefully we can convert my wife from her Mercedes to a BMW. I will continue to return to Rallye BMW in the future because Rich makes purchasing a car a pleasure. In addition, I would recommend and continue to recommend friends, family and colleagues to Rich at Rallye BMW. Rich should be considered a key asset to the Rallye BMW Sales Team.

This is my 3rd BMW lease, obviously I love the auto. However this year we were on the cusp because the styling of the 5 series had not changed and therefore we were considering other options.(ie.Lincoln MKS) The prices were comparable and actually there were more included options for the price in the MKS. The deciding factor, without question was our salesman- Rich DeAngelo. He's taken care of us for all of our BMW leases, always going above and beyond and is truly a gentleman and an incredible asset to BMW .
